UX Researcher at Google
Hello!
I'm Natalia, an Oxford and LMU neuroscience graduate, as well as an MBA holder, and a passionate advocate for users. I am particularly driven by user-centric products, sensory experiences and experiential design, and add a little bit of neuroscience and design theory into all my products. I've worked with a range of tools, including food for space flight, Alzheimer's testing tech, food tech and non-profits. Currently I lead research on digital identity needs in children at Google.
Outside of work, I am a serial non-profit founder in the fields of transformative education and inclusion, and inter-cultural and inter-generational communication.
I'm an avid public speaker (my biggest audience was almost 2K people, was so cool!) and love sharing knowledge as well as learning from others. Happy to connect to chat about any of the above! :)
“My session with Natalia was very inspirational. She shared many actionable insights regarding my career path and mapping my experience to apply for UX roles. She's engaged in problem-solving and can be highly recommended as a go-to mentor for advice, especially for career-changers.”
“I had an inspiring talk today with Natalia. As a recent graduate design student, I have this confusion about choosing the UX designer or UX researcher role. Natalia gave me nice answers and insights to my questions (I think I asked too many in a 30-minute session, but her response covered them all, super clearly) So I highly recommend Natalia as a person to talk with if you are also thinking…”
“I've just had a great session with Natalia. We have been discussing a personal research project of mine. She had great insights to share and was overall very encouraging. I'm very glad to have had the opportunity to speak with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to learn more about UX research.”
