Vivid Money is a neobank with 500K+ customers across Europe which combines daily banking, investments into stocks and crypto, shopping, and cashback.

As a Senior Product Designer, I have led design activities for new products' launches and existing products' improvements. My work includes design, research, and close collaboration with other members of product teams.

– I restructured the whole cashback user experience creating a unique in-app shopping experience within banking app. This solution led to a reduction of expenses spent on cashback offers and provided more opportunities for adding new shopping mechanics.
– I improved Support in-app experience which let us reduce expenses spent on Support operators’ work.
– I developed flows and layouts for social network for investors inside banking app from scratch. This led to an increase investment in users’ engagement.
– I have been actively involved in Design System and design processes improvements.

Alfa-Bank is the largest Russian private bank with more than 1M corporate clients and 22M clients in B2C. One of Alfa’s priorities is maintaining high level of UX within all digital services. My role was Design Manager at Alfa-Business, mobile app for B2B users.

– I managed a team of 5 designers with Alfa-Business. I was responsible for product design quality, design processes and supporting designers’ professional growth. My team’s efficient work led to Alfa-Business 2d position in Markswebb rating, main digital bank rating in Russia.
– I have participated in 2 design sprints and facilitated one of them. As a result, Alfa Business redesign process was initiated based on the concept which my team had created during design sprint.
– I facilitated redesign of Alfa-Business. I was actively involved in the process of redesign as both manager and designer.
– With a group of enthusiastic designers we worked on the Design System and UX patterns, which increased the development speed by 30%.
– As an experiment I pioneered in combining roles of Design Manager and Senior Product Designer. After analysing the results of the experiment Alfa-Bank implemented this approach for new design managers.
– I created a chat with Alfa-Bank B2B users for getting feedback about our services from them faster. I provided first 20 phone interviews with users offering them to join the chat and created first polls about my team products within this chat. As a result after several months the chat became a tool for all product teams in Alfa-Bank.
– Participated in designers hiring process on regular basis during active phase of design department growth. Created a guide for onboarding of newcomers so the process of adaptation to a new workplace became smoother and faster.

As Product Designer at Alfa-Bank I was responsible for most of the new products which were implemented within Alfa-Business, mobile app for B2B users. I was also responsible for Payments and close to them flows, the core product within any banking app.

– I essentially improved flow of Pay Control, feature which allowed users to send payments with biometrics proof instead of SMS-codes. Designs I created helped us to attract more users to turn on Pay Control so we could provide them the most secure way to send payments and reduced bank’s spendings on SMS.
– I successfully developed flow for card limits settings which was one the most desired functionalities at Alfa-Business in 2018. Within this task I leaded various types of research: online survey, user phone and in-person interviews, statistics and competitions analysis. The core metrics was users’ feedback and it was positive after implementation.
– I actively contributed to the Design System development. It helped to increase the quality and speed of both design syncs and development.
– As an experiment within Design Department I pioneered in developing flows and layouts for both Web and Mobile platforms while other designers were focusing each on one platform. As a result Alfa-Bank implemented this approach for other designers in the future.
