Hello! I’m Natalie and I’ve been a design practitioner for over 25 years, working in a range of different industries. I’ve been a design people leader for the recent 10 years and had the privilege of mentoring and coaching trainee to senior designers. I value and encourage my team to practice inclusive research and design, collaboration and co-creation while balancing business and product needs.
