About Natasha Allen
Senior UX Writer at Interactive Investor
As a professional storyteller (writer), most of my time is spent reading, analysing and creating copy; I obsess over words and battle literary conundrums while mulling over what makes us tick.
My job is to find meaningful ways to make connections/communicate, specifically with words. My curiosity and desire for detail are the hallmarks of my writing, propelling my imagination and enabling me to adopt interchangeable writing styles at the drop of a hat.
Apart from being a Snr UX Writer for ii, I am also Accessibility Champion. This means I focus on having all users at the heart of what I do. I am a mentor for my company and deliver talks and training across the business on UX/Copywriting and content accessibility.
My main areas of expertise: Content Accessibility Writing (various disciplines) Content creation SEO writing Written content Ideation Editorial and video editing Social media optimisation Listening Empathy
I'm a proud mum of two. My son Harrison is Autistic, so life can be a little complicated at times but wonderfully fun and unpredictable; everything is always an epic adventure. He's taught me resilience and empathy on a whole new scale. My daughter Layla is an intelligent, fierce animal and Pokemon lover who is guaranteed to charm your socks off.
