Hi, I’m Natasha Boos—a human-factors professional and end-to-end designer with a process-oriented approach to UX design, research, and strategy. Over the past 6 years I’ve worked across FinTech, financial services (insurance), and early-stage startups, leading complex digital transformation projects and mentoring junior designers within my teams.

I’m passionate about access, intentional design, and supporting the next generation of UX talent. ADPList gives me the chance to share what I’ve learned—from navigating multi-stakeholder projects to building portfolios and career strategies—while also learning from the diverse perspectives of the design community. I’d love to help others grow, refine their craft, and find their own path in this ever-evolving field.
