I'm a Senior Director of UX at an e-commerce company. I love learning from others and helping others grow.

I began my career as a graphic designer because I liked solving visual design problems. And I transitioned into UX as I progressed in my career through various industries (education, gaming, block-chain, e-commerce, and consulting).

UX and product design have fed my deep passion for being user-focused -- wanting to know "why?", challenging assumptions, conducting research, and discovering new opportunities.

As a UX leader, I have expanded my skillsets from the "UX of products" to the "UX of employees and businesses" -- developing UX strategies, advocating for better UX, growing UX teams, and leveling-up others.
