Room Steals helps both business and leisure travelers save up to 90% off their hotel room rates. Anyone can join to see the rates, and the small annual fee opens the door to savings on over 600k hotels around the world.

Optimizing technology processes to better serve our internal and external stakeholders (operations, managers, executives, clients, event partners, and hotels), reducing labor costs and increasing top-line revenue by implementing SaaS and information systems best practices as well as assisting in finding new (to the hospitality industry) revenue streams. Decreased hotel booking portal time to deliver by 60% (labor savings) within 4 weeks. Decreased sites under management page load times by up to 230% even inside of the Great Firewall of China.

Brought in to build a next generation hospitality brokerage engine, I hired a highly talented team of contractors from around the world and architected and managed the product from vision to reality.

I created high impact and highly scaleable web applications for travel and hospitality industry strategic partners.  In my first 8 months I executed on $1M worth of new revenue for the company and helped successfully onboard large partnerships and customers.

I was part of a team of dedicated and talented front-end architects who remodeled the user experience to better perform for speed and usability, decreasing time to load site-wide between 10-25% within one quarter.

Additionally, I was a brand evangelist and community advocate for both users, partners and technologists, helping the company grow to it's now over 7,000 licensees who access Eventful's content platform to power local entertainment content across online, mobile, email and digital signage platforms.

Grew this company into a successful product and service company reaching millions of dollars annually.
