Leading a team of 10 professionals, including two direct reports (PMM manager and Branding Manager), we directed efforts in defining OKRs and project prioritization for the enterprise market. Additionally, we restructured team organization and roles, and developed an integrated strategy aligning branding and performance objectives.

My responsibilities included leading four distinct product teams within a comprehensive team structure of 15 dedicated professionals. During this period, a significant part of our focus was on scaling the sales of our premium product, Cobli-Cam, a cutting-edge video telematics solution designed to enhance fleet management capabilities.

By integrating product designers and visual designers into one unified structure within multidisciplinary teams, I utilized the Level Up Framework from Design Fund to lay down the foundational pillars and values for our product design team. This alignment of our initiatives with the company's OKRs was crucial for strategic success. The framework streamlined our design processes and bolstered our mission to deliver solutions centered around the user.

Led the brand-building initiative, defining our visual identity, tone, voice, and market positioning. This inclusive process brought together customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that our brand resonated both within and beyond the company. The rebranding efforts culminated in a more scalable, easily recognizable logo and a unified communication strategy that accurately reflects Cobli's culture and values.

Interface designer for m-commerce in the Brazilian and USA B2C markets, also involved in the application and organization of Design Sprints. Working with clients such as the Nova Pontocom group (Ponto Frio, Extra), Schutz, Droga Raia, Dinda, and RayBan.

Development of interfaces and content for Learning Hub / Learning Streaming platforms (LMS and LXP). Graphic and digital solutions (information architecture and interface) for distance learning platforms for Whirlpool, Oi, and Latam group.

Work with digital communication and design at the Rectorate of University of São Paulo, producing materials on cultural events at the university and editing the monthly guide Caminhos da Cultura. Work included photography, UI/UX of the portal, development of digital assets for internal campaigns and Journal Paper Editing.

Urban culture portal with support from MTV Brazil and local brands. Conducting interviews and writing articles about visual arts, illustration, design, and advertising posts. Maintaining the portal with digital assets.
