Hello, I'm Nathan Keyes, a seasoned product designer with a rich and varied journey that spans over five years in the industry. My path to product design was anything but linear. I started in the realm of pre-med, shifted to graphic design, dived into digital experiences, and eventually found my true calling in product design. This unique trajectory has not only broadened my perspective but also ingrained in me a deep understanding of the multifaceted nature of design and technology.
Professionally, I have worn multiple hats - from working in-house and at an agency to freelancing and successfully growing our agency together. These experiences have endowed me with a comprehensive understanding of the product design landscape and the ability to adapt and thrive in diverse environments.
For the past two years, I have been actively mentoring through my master's program and alumni network. My role as a mentor extends beyond formal settings; I have also guided friends and family who are transitioning into UX and Product Design. This has allowed me to develop a keen sense of mentoring individuals with varied backgrounds and aspirations.
I hope I can be considered for a mentorship role in 2024, and I look forward to hearing back.
