As the Director of Product Marketing, my team and I are responsible for bringing the full suite of Gsoft's employee experience solutions to market.

Nakisa is a B2B SaaS company providing HR, Accounting, and Real Estate solutions to the enterprise market with notable customers including Walmart, Exxon, BP, Pfizer, Nestle, and 3M. 

Reporting to the Global VP of Marketing with scale-up objectives, and responsible for:
•	Developing and executing marketing strategy within the context of the global marketing plan for demand generation, business development, product marketing, sales enablement, customer marketing, and training.
•	Building, leading, and motivating a newly structured department of 17 consisting of Directors, Managers and individual contributors. 
•	Working with product, sales, and customer success to understand customer pain points and map out the customer journey to increase pipeline & revenue and improve customer satisfaction & retention.

•	Devising adaptive go-to market strategies to address the global enterprise market for disparate product lines.
