About Navya S

Product Management Lead at Staple AI

I’m a Product Manager who enjoys turning product vision into execution, especially when the path forward isn’t obvious. My work spans Product Management, UX, and Product Design, and I also lead PM teams and help shape how product thinking gets done across the organization.

A lot of my work happens in the messy middle-ambiguous problems, competing priorities, technical constraints, and no obvious right answer. I enjoy bringing structure to that uncertainty, working closely with Engineering, Design, and business teams to make thoughtful trade-offs and move from ideas to products that create measurable value.

I’ve also worked on building and shipping AI products. One of my biggest learnings has been that accuracy alone doesn’t create trust-users need to understand why an AI made a decision, and knowing when to give control back to the user can matter more than how much the AI can do autonomously.

As a mentor, I’d be happy to help with product strategy, roadmapping and prioritization, stakeholder management, working with Engineering and Design, navigating ambiguous product problems, building AI products, and growing as a PM.
