Extensive experience of working in the Agile setup and performing product grooming to deliver the product as per the road map. Subject matter expert on platform development projects and leading the team to develop cloud solutions for different clients across Canada, USA and Netherland. Lead the team to successfully launch multiple customer loyalty products to increase the customer engagement and loyalty. Some of daily work responsibilities included the following:

-Did ideation sessions with business partners to align the vision and KPIs.
-Built loyalty reward system integrations with payment partners.
-Working with the UX designers to build wireframes for mobile app, website and widgets.
-SME on loyalty payment systems build for clients across USA, Canada & EU.
-Built a integration with Loyalty programme platform to scale for multiple government clients across the globe.
-Built an innovative solution, scanACTIV to increase online lottery sale by 40% during CoVid lockdowns.
-Prioritizing Service Now incidents coming in from the users as per the severity.
-Building EPICs to breakdown into stories and tasks for the development.
-Writing the acceptance criteria and use cases to build user stories.
-Driving sprint ceremonies as a Scrum Master.
-Build relations with marketing and sales team to manage the client expectations.
-Effectively built product strategy for loyalty reward integrations with payment partners for increasing the transaction count and value.
-Identified TAM and built quarterly plans to execute GTM strategy for marketplace products.

•	Performing analysis to build integrations between multiple systems comprising of Wawanesa and third-party vendors.
•	Capturing functional and business requirements to align the business needs.
•	Doing data analysis for the insurance coverage and risks across different provinces the building the data mapping for the Guidewire.
•	Analysis to develop the CSIO accelerator tool that can return the API response from the Wawanesa to vendor systems.
•	Worked with business to support the launch of the product in Alberta and rolling out Canada wide within 6 months to all the users.
•       Writing user stories and building use cases.
•       Building acceptance criteria and test cases.
Lead Analyst - Worked in partnership to develop innovative technology standards as per the CSIO (Center for Study of Insurance Operations) and designed the digital solutions to enhance the consumer's ease of doing business in the Canada's broker driven market distribution channel.
SME - for CSIO (Center for Study of Insurance Operations). Collaborated with the vendors and CSIO on technology and innovation changes to bring about resolution to broker facing issues and the integration of the third party vendor systems to our organization.

A few of major projects on which I worked are:

1. Japan Auto: My role involved me to do requirement analysis and deliver business intelligence reporting and dashboards. The project required me to establish the wireframes to develop dashboards and reporting metrics using business intelligence software QlikView.

2. DSi dashboard project:  Engaged closely with the potential business in packaging the technology solution as a product. Performed the business requirements gathering to build the wireframes of the KPIs in the dashboards. Built the BRD, FSD and mapping documents as per the business and functional requirements and performed the UAT(User Acceptance Testing).

3. Transact Analytics. The scope of the project was the development of the dashboards for 10 geographical regions globally in the business lines of Marine, Small & Medium Enterprises, and Financial Lines.  Performed the requirement analysis to capture the Business & Functional Requirements for each of the regions and prepared the BSD, FSD and the data mapping document for each of the regions followed by a master BRD and master FSD. Able to roadmap the actions required to make the improvements, and see them through to execution.

4. Data Compliance and Access Controls: My work involved audit experience including internal and external data compliance, risk analysis, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and process improvement.
Working with the Lawyers and BDOs to assist in research and development of data usage regulations and access controls for different countries and systems located globally.

5.Life Data Warehouse: Primarily involved in the testing phase for the data, where I made test cases and test scripts for the project.

I was the Placement Co-ordinator representing the IT dept on behalf of the university to the recruiters. It helped me in networking and be a better organizer.

I worked as a Graduate Engineer in the IT department of TATA Steel, where my role was that of a quality analyst on the data pertaining to the mining and steel roll manufacturing.

Headed the marketing campaign for two years of the biggest technical fest of the university. Ensured that the students from other colleges and universities are well informed and actively participate in various events of the technical fest. Actively reach out to companies for marketing and sponsorship opportunities promoted by the Aurganon.
