About Neeti Sharma
Senior Director of Product and Tech at Essor
I'm a product and technology leader with 17+ years of experience, the last 10 spent building and scaling e-commerce businesses. Most recently, I led Product, AI, and Enterprise Technology as Head of Product & Tech — building diverse, high-performing teams and using technology to move the needle on real business outcomes.
I mentor because I've been on both sides of the table — as an individual contributor finding my footing, and as a leader hiring, coaching, and sometimes letting go of people I cared about. I like helping others navigate those same inflection points, whether that's stepping into product leadership for the first time, building and leading a team, or figuring out how to pair deep tech fluency with product strategy.
Happy to talk through: product leadership & career growth, transitioning into people management, e-commerce & tech strategy, or navigating a career pivot.
