Hi, I’m Negar, a Marketing Manager at Jack Westin and the founder of Sarv Studio. My experience spans growth strategy, brand positioning, performance marketing, and CRM automation, including work at Digikala.

At Jack Westin, I’ve built and led a 14-person marketing team, bringing together content, creative, paid acquisition, and lifecycle marketing. My work involves turning business goals into practical plans, improving customer journeys, and helping teams connect their efforts to measurable results.

As I followed ADPList, I noticed that marketing seemed less represented, and I wanted to help make mentorship more accessible to people pursuing careers in this field.

I’d love to share practical lessons from my own experience, especially around soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and navigating difficult workplace conversations. These are challenges I’ve faced myself, and I know how valuable it can be to talk them through with someone who understands.

My goal is to help aspiring marketers feel more confident, learn from real situations, and find clearer next steps in their careers.
