About Neha Paranjpe

Design Researcher at Design Executive Council

As a Design Researcher, I thrive at the intersection of business and strategy.

My journey began with a passion for crafting meaningful products, leading me from an undergraduate degree in Industrial Design to hands-on experiences in lighting design, research, and mentorship. With each chapter, I’ve sharpened my lens as a designer, blending curiosity with purpose.

What inspires me most is the opportunity to create meaningful connections through design. Whether it’s mentoring aspiring designers, exploring AI's potential, or crafting user-centered solutions, I believe in the power of design to drive positive change.

Through ADP List, I aim to mentor aspiring designers helping them navigate questions like, “How can I build a portfolio that stands out?” or “What does a design Masters in the US look like?” or ''What does the career look like after a design management degree?'' - I understand these challenges well, having faced them myself, and I am here to share strategies, insights, and guidance to support you in discovering the next steps in your design journey.
