I lead the Framework Team for CVENT SAAS Products.

I've lead a team of designers to create a comprehensive design system that powers our On Demand SAAS products. I work closely with product owners, engineers and designers to create Quest On Demand and deliver clients' needs. For the last 4 years I have created and maintained multiple products that enable our users to perform complex administrative tasks like migrations, data recovery, groups and license management.

I thoroughly enjoyed teaching students in the “Mobile Applications Design & Development" program. My passion about UX Design and experience in the field helped me provide them with practical knowledge and techniques to be successful designers and developers. I am currently a member of the "MADD" advisory committee.

Successfully completed a multitude of mobile and web applications for different service industries varying in scope and complexity. The fun of working in Spiria was the ability to see the concrete impact and progress of a solution from beginning to end. I loved designing applications that empowered small businesses to be more successful in their domain. I lead client discovery workshops, gathered requirements, presented solutions and kept them updated throughout the project lifecycle. Simultaneously, I worked with developers, product managers and designers to deliver design solutions. I conducted user interviews and market research, created low and high fidelity designs and validated success with usability testing sessions.

Led a team of designers and developers to create “SitterAdvantage”, a mobile application for baby sitters. From research and requirement gathering to developing the complete solution, our team successfully delivered a final product that pleased the client and users.

Designed the User experience and interface for the “TouchPlow” application for both iOS and Android platforms. The app is currently available on Apple and Google stores and can be viewed at: https://touchplow.com/

Single handedly designed and developed “ACHub” an enterprise application using Ionic/Angular frameworks. Maintained the code and deployed an updated version in August 2016.

Managed the publication department for this unique residential school, created marketing website, edited photos and videos, designed brochures and weekly content for blog, social media, and newsletter.

Working for this non profit was an incredibly enriching journey that taught me more than I can describe.
Headed the marketing operations for Isha foundation’s programs in 5 U.S. States (CA, WA, FL, AZ, IL). successfully increased client outreach and retention.
Conducted extensive User research to enhance the programs’ appeal to target audience.
Managed the publications’ department and oversaw the creation of online ads, promotional videos, brochures and all related marketing materials.
Led presentations of “Inner Engineering,” the foundation’s flagship program, in major corporations including Apple, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, HP, BP.
Started and managed volunteer mentorship programs, which resulted in a 30% increase in volunteer recruitment and retention.
Organized public events, hosting up to 1500 people in Tampa, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Phoenix, Houston and Chicago. Oversaw event marketing, content and logistics, customer care and follow up.
Organized fundraising events that collected over $500,000 from individuals and companies ($100,000 from Chase community giving’s Facebook campaign in 2010) for the foundation’s social initiatives.
Oversaw the translation of many articles for the foundation’s website into French and Arabic.
