• Own and manage the Advertising P&L
• Work cross-functionally with Brand Management to deliver brand strategy and trade objectives, demonstrating strong commercial understanding
• Advertising thought leader, keeping up to date with the latest industry trends, best-practice techniques and new technologies. Reaching the public through webinars, articles, social media activity and live events. 
• Develop & evolve Olsam's digital marketing strategy

• Work with the Investment team to assess prospective brand acquisitions, incl. search insights and supporting with commercial & operational due diligence
• Partner with other functions (Brand Management, Creative, SEO, Supply Chain) to develop best-in-class, cross-functional processes to drive commercial performance
• Own Olsam's PPC data excellence, automation & reporting, providing all teams access to complex levels of data on Amazon Ads platform performance
• Own PPC tooling, develop & maintain relationship with tool providers, ensuring the team is fully enabled to use tooling as effectively as possible
• Lead and manage the Amazon PPC team, incl. personal development & progression
• Manage hiring into the PPC team: fully responsible for hiring the current team
• Lead training to upskill new and existing team members across other teams on Amazon Ads & Google Ads
