I am currently part of the Global HR Team at WSAudiology leading the People Analytics & Employee Experience practice. I lead and deliver projects that use Data Science & HR Strategies to solve unique problems pertaining to the organization's most valuable asset: their workforce. I dwell in the areas of Talent Strategy, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Learning & Development and, DE&I. Formerly, I was a Data Science & Management Consultant specializing in the field of People Analytics at Mercer, Singapore. I had managed the Healthcare & Automotive Industry and I was the Industry Consultant for the Semiconductor and Manufacturing Private Sector industry for Remuneration and Rewards. I also have experience in crafting and conducting HR Analytics workshops and trainings for organisations.

I have completed my Masters in IT Business specializing in Analytics from Singapore Management University. Prior to Mercer, I worked as a Data Scientist at Infineon Technologies in Singapore, where I was a part the Data Science CoE working on econometric models for sales and revenue forecasting. Prior to this, I have expertise working with digital advisory, technology consulting, business intelligence, and web analytics at the Global Business Unit of Ford Motor Company. I also have experience in web application maintenance and data analysis at Cognizant Technology Solutions.

Outside of work, you can find me out biking across the island, playing golf at the driving range, at a café reading books on my current area of interest; psychology. If the weather does not allow for all this, you can find me at home taking part in competitive sim racing.
