Hi hello, I'm Ngân. I started practising UX Research in 2016, contributing to digital product experiences for people in Australia, the US, and Canada. I've been lucky enough to work on projects that really make a difference, from social services projects that support Australian carers, those impacted by abuse, community service providers, to peer-to-peer car-sharing owners.

Over the past two years, I've also worked as Brand & Digital Experience Lead for a Vietnamese lighting and furniture brand — owning the end-to-end digital brand experience, from multi-market e-commerce, performance marketing to brand voice, partnerships, and customer experience. I helped take the brand's award-winning collection from Vietnam to Europe and the US.

I'm here to offer portfolio and resume reviews, share my experience in asking effective questions and answer career-related questions to help one navigate career paths. I'd love to support others achieve their goals.
