At Two Men and a Truck, I redesigned the internal websites utilized not only by the employees of the home office, but all of Two Men and a Truck's franchises. Re-assessing the objectives and priorities of end-users allowed me to improve their user interfaces and strengthened their potential to interact with the websites and complete their daily tasks.

· Streamlined residential hall operations by designing and implementing features for mail management, lost and found tracking, equipment loans, cash handling, and staff communication in a comprehensive web application.
· Enhanced front desk efficiency by conducting user research with residential workers, identifying pain points, and implementing solutions that reduced manual tasks and error potential.
· Accelerated feature development through close collaboration with developers, creating reusable design patterns and implementing CSS animations to draw attention to important UI alerts.
