In charge of MMG's products, features, and business model in order to maximize user experience and optimize project cost and revenue.
• Set the direction for Tech and Ops Teams to develop the products to meet users’ needs

Manage Product and Operation Team to ensure efficient and effective business processes:
•	Plan and select up to 2,000 SKUs from 20 Brands for IT Shows for all resellers like Best Denki, Challenger, NuBox, etc
•	Build Promotion Programs with up to 3,000 SKUs in a year
•	Evaluate resellers’ feedback
•	Forecast and ensure suppliers’ sale target up to S$10millions per year
•	Claim rebate from suppliers monthly or quarterly
•	Check and approve price protection and rebate for resellers
•	Build weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly business review reports and propose sale, inventory and order plan to General Director

•	Build the Retail Chain “The Digital Gadgets” from scratches with 1 store-sale S$10,000 per month in 2019 to 14 stores-sale S$500,000 per month for now
•	Secure exclusive distributorship with key suppliers like OtterBox, Urban Armor Gear and ZAGG

Manage Operation Team to ensure efficient and effective operational processes:
