I led a team of professional UX engineers and UI designers and was responsible for designing a logical, effective user experience across multiple court applications while ensuring a consistent brand image. My role involved driving innovation in User-Centered Design practice and presenting strategic recommendations to the leadership team. I also recommended the best approaches for implementing user experience and collaborated with various teams to design end-to-end court applications. Furthermore, I identified improvement areas, enhanced asset libraries, and researched the latest industry best practices. My priorities included prioritizing User-Centered Design projects, improvements, and content based on enterprise priorities. Ultimately, my goal was to ensure that the New Jersey Courts offered a better product to end-users. Overall, I aimed to ensure the New Jersey Courts made a better product for its end users.

Responsible for project management for the development of court applications. Responsibilities include user research, analysis of business requirements, communicating scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to stakeholders. Lead a team of professional UX/UI designers to take a project to completion while maintaining a consistent look and feel.

I offer consulting, mentoring and design services that combine technology with a great user experience.

I was responsible for creating and managing a public-facing website and an employee intranet using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and an IBM Web Content Management system. Additionally, I provided detailed IT support, conducted research, and troubleshooted any technical issues that arose. I ran diagnostic tests, suggested new technology, hardware, software, and network communication tools for purchase, analyzed data, and resolved office equipment malfunctions.
