Conducting good user research

Leading research strategy and operations for Sage Active across Europe. In my role at Sage I am covering multiple aspects of the UX discipline. From user research strategy to UXR Ops, UXR evangelism, coaching and project leadership.

As a User Researcher I have been conducting and
exploring the behaviors and motivations of Aloglia's
users through qualitative research methods.
Responsibilities:
Define, plan, and execute impactful research on
multiple aspects of Algolia’s products and experiences
throughout different stages of the product life cycle.
Work in an embedded team targeting Merchandisers to
define research methodologies according to needs,
goals, and success metrics of the specific project.
Deepen and keep up-to-date Algolia’s knowledge base
on search UX and best practices.
Act as a user's advocate and build empathy across Algolia

Setting up and maturing the rser research practice as first user researcher at Ledger.

Under the management of Ledger Marketing team, I was in charge of managing consumer's research and UX studies with the objective to find new business opportunities and improve the consumer experience with our brand and products.

I have partnered with diverse teams, from marketing to product and design to deliver insights that helped develop ads strategy, messaging, UX product strategy and the brand website experience.


I was in charge of gathering users' feedback, elaborating user journeys, and providing UX suggestions to product teams in order to improve customer satisfaction.

During my time in the CS team, I have developed a new reporting system using Jira software with the aim of improving the time response in the customer success service. I also worked on the remake of the help center with the aim of improving the customer experience with Ledger support.

 In summer 2018 I have participated as a speaker at the Google France conference organized by the Duchesses France, to talk about blockchain and cryptocurrencies.

Management of the Italian Customer Support Team. During my experience at Gobee.bike I was in charge of ensuring a delightful user experience for our clients, both with our application and our support service. For achieving high-level objectives, I used different UX research methodologies such as user journey maps, interviews, and surveys.
