- Led the efforts in creating the north star vision and delivering the end-to-end user experience for our premium product - Venture X Card.

As a head of a design team, I delivered on strategy and customer experience of in-person banking & servicing digital products for our front line associates and Capital One customers. Responsible for people growth, upskilling, coaching, portfolio definition, and resource management. Launched 20 products and services focused on digital financial wellbeing tools, with deep understanding of physical design, conversational design and the digital interactions within our Cafes and Branches. 
• Redesigned the interaction model with a deep understanding of who our customers are, what brings them to our locations, their needs, and how we can service/guide them to financial empowerment and confidence. 
• Rapidly built and tested prototypes, and scale validated solutions ​​which reduced wait times by 40%, saving Ambassador time - 100k man hours / month.
• Reinvented the customer experience by creating side-by-side tablet (iPad) interactions for both customers and our associates in branches and cafes. 
• Championing innovative exploration, we defined digital and physical interactions with an eye not only on where cafes and banks are, but on where they are going.
• Led a team of multidisciplinary designers to reimagine banking and the way 60 million people interact with their money, improving their financial confidence and well-being, while at the Capital One Cafes and Branches. 
• Saved the company approx. $1.2 million by introducing QR Code and text messaging capabilities in branches and cafes that increased customer digital adoption by 28%.
• Concierge features for ambassadors to proactively engage with customers during their moment of need (patent pending on notification feature)
• Advanced Capital One’s digital transformation by creating industry defining experiences for our customers (patent pending)

• Designed and delivered a subscription business model from ground up. Developed in-app sign-up and offline use features for the SVOD service apps resulting in over 50,000 subscriptions.
• Created data-informed interface design that improved the customer experience and engagement of The Great Courses’ e-commerce site and mobile apps. 
• Managed 6 designers that maintained and enhanced the end to end customer experience.
Worked with stakeholders, business owners, and developers to streamline marketing, social media, and product experience while both improving the functionality and increasing engagement.
• Launched our SVOD website, mobile apps and OTT apps such as ROKU, Apple TV, iOS and Android apps. Oversaw all site enhancements for both Ala Carte and SVOD services, in addition to the launch of marketing driven campaign pages, channels, and mobile applications. 
• Collaborated with the leadership team to produce strategic and experience briefs, competitive analysis, research, heuristic evaluations, wireframes, project documentation, content categorization, and taxonomies. 
• Developed the brand strategy and guidelines for the website, mobile applications on iOS and Android, and other touch points throughout the customer journey. 
• Implemented rigorous test and learn concepts throughout our company to continuously iterate and improve the customer experience of our apps and website
• Ensured an agile development process with internal teams and with our partners to deliver consistent and high-quality customer experience across desktop, mobile, tablet and OTT devices. 
• Mentored and coached team and colleagues - CCST, product, tech, marketing, designers within and outside.

Web										
• Redesigned and re-launched the AdvisorToday.com website for under $16,000, increasing ease-of-use and readership.
• Managed the front-end coding and enhanced features for the site using DreamweaverMX, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Solely responsible for all posting and front-end coding, refreshing more than 95 pages and creating a new homepage every month.
• Created a user-friendly interface for organizing and aggregating large amounts of survey data that users can search and print.
• Designed banner ads, skyscraper ads, animation to showcase our awards and marketing materials to promote the website.
• Designed and managed multiple e-newsletters for AdvisorToday.com members, significantly increasing viewership of AdvisorToday.com.

Magazine 								
• Designed art and layout for cover stories, features, and columns. Produced 50-55 pages every month. 
• Worked closely with the art director, managing editor, and production manager to move copy through all stages of production and ensure the timely release of the magazine.
• Designed an updated brand identity, including new masthead and color scheme for the magazine, website and collateral materials.
• Designed and created collateral materials including newsletters, mastheads, and ad campaigns for AdvisorToday.com.
• Worked closely with printer on special projects.
