• Product management in design systems (60 min): This session focuses on managing a design system when you consider it like a product. I’ll explain how one can bring in the product management skills into design systems and systems thinking. It includes setting pilot product, aligning on the strategy and vision. This is session is for Product managers, Design managers or anyone who is managing a system.
• Design system as an Enabler (60 min): A great design system isn’t just about components—it’s about culture, collaboration, and long-term product success. When done right, it becomes an enabler, not a blocker. In this session, I will teach about speaking the stakeholder language, having quick wins to demonstrate value, involving key stakeholders early, making adoption easy and driving continuous engagement.
