About Nikesh Gosalia

Chief Partnership Officer at Cactus Communications Private Limited

👋 Hi, I’m Nikesh — a London-based senior executive with 23+ years of global experience in scholarly publishing, partnerships, and AI-enabled research communication.

I currently serve as Chief Partnership Officer at CACTUS, where I lead global relationships with academic publishers, societies, and funders across Europe, the US, Japan, and China. My work bridges strategy, customer success, and innovation — helping partners navigate disruption in open access, research integrity, and author experience. I’ve grown teams from 60 to 400+, launched new service lines, and managed multi-million dollar client relationships. I recently completed my Executive MBA from Warwick Business School, and I’m passionate about giving back to the next generation of professionals, especially those navigating B2B growth, leadership transitions, or purpose-driven career moves. If you're exploring: ✅ How to transition into client-facing or strategic roles ✅ How to grow within publishing, edtech, or impact-driven sectors ✅ Or how to stay grounded and future-ready as a mid-career leader — I'd love to support your journey. Let’s have a focused, honest conversation about where you are and where you want to go. 🌱
