I started my career as a visual designer and have always been passionate about communication and connecting with others through design. Over the years, I've designed catalogs, websites, digital tools, and software. Now, the product I'm most passionate about is my team.

I love applying my experience as a designer and people manager to Design Ops and People Ops. My focus is on the people and team aspects that support org effectiveness and individual growth. My favorite efforts include career ladder development, team culture and connection, org design, engagement models, learning and development, team health, and manager support.
