• PRODUCT DESIGN - PROJECT SCJ
Working on UX revamp to achieve Simplest Customer Journey on our app and web to improve lead quality, increase lead conversion and reduce loan disbursement time. Used tools like Hotjar to observe user interaction behavior, CleverTap and Google Analytics to analyze lead traffic funnels, and direct customer interviews to identify pain points in the journey. Explored third party API integrations to capture secondary data to autofill and cross validate user information for leaner journey and better risk assessment. 

• PRODUCT DESIGN - PARTNER JOURNEYS
Working on integrating user journeys for business loans on partner platforms like GPay, Paypal, Xiaomi, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc. Worked with their product, design and QA teams to ensure the journeys adhere to their design guidelines and usability standards. Conducted user interviews with customers to identify pain points in the journey and improve upon them. 

• PRODUCT DESIGN - PROJECT CJP
Creating a Customizable Journey Program to standardize various journeys across all partners to streamline development effort and ensure faster deployment for future partners.  

• UX RESEARCH - INTERNAL LOS
Conducted interviews with internal team members from Operations Team to identify their requirements and pain points while using internal Loan Operations System.  

• COMMUNICATION DESIGN
Worked with marketing team to create end-to-end customer lifecycle communication campaign on CleverTap to improve lead conversion, TAT and app downloads.

• PRODUCT DESIGN - B2B
Designed a web-based SaaS product for end-to-end expense management solution for corporates. Conducted several focus group studies to gather insights. Carried out competitive analysis with players like Zeta, Happay, etc. Designed user flows and wireframes. Developed quick prototypes and conducted usability tests for concept validation and collected feedback for design iteration. Designed UI and microinteractions and collated these into a styleguide for product development. Worked in close coordination with the tech team to see through the development following the expected visual identity and user experience. 

• PRODUCT DESIGN - B2C
Worked with product team on product strategy and future roadmap for TMW customer app. Followed user centered design approach to deliver UI/UX for new features in app like Gold SIP, Virtual card, Goal settings, etc.

• BRAND DESIGN & MARKETING
Revamped company website for better user experience and SEO visibility. Designed new card and packaging for TMW prepaid cards for easy user activation in adherence to guidelines of banking partners and NPCI. Strategized launch campaigns of co-branded cards with Mumbai Metro.

• PRODUCT DESIGN
Followed user centered design process to design UI/UX for Bluetie app. Conducted qualitative user research amongst focus group of 8 people to gather insights. Defined user personas to create empathy maps. Designed user flows and wireframes. Developed quick prototypes and conducted usability tests for concept validation and collected feedback for design iteration.

• COMMUNICATION DESIGN & MARKETING
Collaborated with different teams to strategize launch campaigns for Bluetie. This included conducting A/B tests for different campaign ads and analyzing user engagement. 

• GRAPHIC DESIGN
Redesigned logo and brand identity guidelines for Shrooms Creatives, a digital marketing agency. Curated digital presence for them and their 10+ clients across all social media platforms.

Worked with WiFi and Bluetooth teams. Organized a workshop on WiFi technology and protocols for internal training.

Worked with modem team to develop a parsing tool. Debugged and upgraded this tool after feedback and suggestions from different stakeholders.
