As the engineering head and a founding member, I partnered with the CPO as a pseudo-CTO to oversee all aspects of technology, product development, and cloud infrastructure for the company.

Primary responsibilities included:
- Collaborated closely with product managers and designers to create features that resonate with users.
- Built a high-performing engineering team from scratch, emphasizing diversity and inclusion. Our team’s synergy led to faster feature rollouts.
- Reimagining and implementing continous integration and delivery systems/processes.
- Implementing agile processes and methodologies that enabled the team to deliver business value quickly while maintaining a high level of quality.

- Took the product from 0 to 1 with scaling to thousands of users!

Started as a Software Engineer and eventually promoted to the youngest Team Lead in the company. Spearheaded multiple R&D projects and multiple new projects development.

- Created scalable solutions for the Travel industry as an aggregator platform.
- Spearheaded the development and launch of Payworld AI - a conversation intelligence system that handled more than 70% of customer support queries on its own.
- Oversaw the banking modules like Fastag, Wallet Systems, Prepaid Cards with close collaboration with NPCI and YES Bank.
- Lead a team of developers to achieve scalability and security across the platform with high tolerance as to handle thousands of request every minute!
