Hi, I'm Niya. My experience is rooted in Silicon Valley technology design with an emphasis on human centered practices and visual design. Throughout my career, I have led cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 companies such as Apple, Adobe and Microsoft as well as high-growth start-ups like Lily AI where I led the UX research and design team recently. Additionally have taught portfolio development and interaction design and brand strategy at Portland State and San Francisco State. I absolutely love helping young designers conceptualize their unique skills and gifts and graft that to the marketplace.
