About Noelle Sierchio

Experience Lead at Salesforce

Born and raised in NYC, I have spent most of my career in the US circulating the country from NYC - San Francisco - Boston - NYC (again) - Miami - Baltimore - back to the NYC area aka NJ

I started my design career as a visual merchandiser for Gap in San Francisco in college before working in Advertising Agencies as an Art Director eventually transitioning into the technology world (before UX was a thing :-) moving up through a mix of agency and in-house product design teams focused on user strategy and design solutioning.

Outside of work, I live with my husband and 3 children, as well as our dog Blue and cat Leito. I enjoy spending time with the family, traveling, gaming, watching too much TV&Film, reading Fiction (Sci Fi Fantasy), and continuing to learn new things about the world.

I am excited to do the work that I do. User Experience and new technology are my passions and I am grateful to have found a career where I can bring those worlds together to creating simpler solutions for humans - and would love to pay it forward to those new or looking to enter the industry.
