I’m a founder and growth leader with 20+ years of experience building businesses, scaling digital growth, and turning new technologies into commercial opportunities. My career spans eBay, the hypergrowth environment at DeinDeal, leading Swiss e-commerce company, building my own lean digital growth consultancy, and most recently founding an AI SaaS company. I mentor startup founders who have built something that works and are now facing the next challenge: how to scale it. This can mean sharpening positioning, building a repeatable go-to-market model, accelerating customer acquisition or deciding where to focus resources as the company grows. Having built and scaled businesses myself, I know that growth challenges rarely sit neatly within one function. Strategy, product, marketing, sales, technology, organisation and leadership are deeply connected. My mentoring takes a practical founder-to-founder approach: challenging assumptions, identifying growth bottlenecks and helping founders turn ambitious goals into clear priorities and action. I’m particularly interested in mentoring founders building AI, fintech, Insurtech, SaaS, robotics and digital products who are moving from traction toward their next stage of growth.
