Hi there!

I'm Noemi, an Italian living in Spain. After 8+ years working as a marketing leader in startups and SMEs across Europe I decided to take my career in a new direction and focus on what I enjoy the most: helping people and businesses grow through better marketing.

Today I work as a Fractional CMO and Marketing Advisor, helping founders and business leaders shape their marketing from A to Z. This can mean defining the strategy, building the right foundations, creating a stronger marketing function or hiring and training the person who will eventually take it over full time.

I’d love to help students and people starting out, professionals growing in their role, new managers and team leads, and people changing careers. We can work on finding a career direction, reviewing a portfolio or resume, practicing for interviews, growing skills and solving work challenges, navigating offers and negotiation, leading people and working with others, and building confidence and perspective.
