About Noemi Pirazzoli
Fractional CMO & Growth Advisor at Freelance
Hi, I'm Noemi! 👋🏼
I'm an Italian marketer based in Spain, with 9 years of experience in European startups and growing businesses. I've worked across marketing roles, led teams and navigated career changes. Today, I'm a Fractional CMO and Marketing Advisor, helping founders build stronger growth strategies, brands and teams.
Why am I here? Because I know how valuable it is to have someone to exchange ideas with, ask questions and learn from.
I'm happy to support students, early-career professionals, growing marketers, first-time managers and people exploring a career change.
We can work on: Career growth: finding direction, exploring opportunities, interviews and negotiation. Marketing: building skills, tackling challenges and thinking strategically. Leadership: stepping into management, leading teams and navigating difficult situations. CV, LinkedIn & personal branding: telling your story and highlighting your strengths. Personal development: developing new soft skills, increase self awareness and growing as a human being.
You don't need a perfectly defined question. Bring a challenge or simply a fresh perspective, and we'll find a practical next step together.
Looking forward to meeting you! ✨
