My primary job was to identify the market needs, understand the buyers (their needs, pain points, buying behavior, etc.) and to deliver the following activities, while managing the Product Marketing department:
- Own the go-to-market strategy and plan.
- Create optimized content based on growth marketing metrics, measurements, and projections.
- Engage with the buyer and market communities through events, meetups, and conferences.
- Lead the creation of audience-facing messaging, demos, and other tools.
- Work closely with the engineering, product, and product design teams to introduce a seamless brand experience.
- Collaborate with company leaders to determine key benefits of the product/service and develop a more compelling brand story.
- Manage and maintain all the marketing channels.

- Full ownership of the company’s website on HubSpot from planning, execution, and analysis – building its sitemap, creating content and managing its CMS, providing visual ideas for web development, etc.
- Working on the company’s digital presence – SEO, keyword rankings, social media marketing, growth marketing funnel, etc.
- Providing 360 plans and strategy for digital marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive more conversions.
- Collaborating with vendors to provide outsourced tasks related to translation, video production, and PR.
- Facilitating communication with the Engineering Team to provide content (UX Writing) and enhance the customer experience.
- Managing and maintaining the online Customer Support portal.
- Working closely with Graphic Designers and Product Designers to provide a better digital experience that meets the marketing objectives.
