Hi! I'm Nora Michalski.

I offer my service at the intersection of Performance & Sales Confidence & Career coaching.

I have a Master’s degree in psychology, and I’ve been in the self-development industry for 26 years.

I am also an experiential Buddhist of over 15 years, and have been teaching and mentoring others for over a decade.

I’ve tried almost every method out there for achieving success without the struggle. Why? Because I myself have experienced the struggle despite having great education, high intelligence, good intentions, and all the support one can wish for in life. Why? Because subconscious limiting beliefs have been actively holding me back. And I didn't even know it.

I discovered an effective framework based on neuroplasticity to directly update the limiting beliefs.

I also built an award-winning, international wellness business from Hungary, Europe.

10 years later, I entered the high-stakes world of Silicon Valley. Spent 5 years at the Fortune 5 Apple, the Fortune 500 Intuit, and helped grow startups in the AI space.

Based in Hawaii for over 5 years now, I work with entrepreneurs and professionals who want high performance without constant internal struggle.
