I Create Content and i coach instructors from all around the globe in the UX and UI fundamentals . Also i teach and animate : - The "UX design fundamentals " Track - The "UI design fundamentals " Track - The ''UX training'' dedicated for companies and its innovation team - UX design workshops : Creating UX deliverables mainly for User Research purpose such as : personas , User Flow , Experience Maps,Use Cases, survey etc....

I offer you my services to analysis and optimise your online platforms (websites, e-commerce, management tools, mobile applications, etc...) , i work on improving ease of use (usability), and help you create the best user experience by exploring many different approaches to solve end-users' problems. 👉 Ergonomic audit 👉 Qualitative and quantitative user research 👉 UX Analysis 👉 UX Strategy 👉 Usability Testing I identify areas of improvement based on a deep UX analysis; I identify your user journeys and provide real user information that will help you map your objective and ensure profitability, viability and adaptability. UX Fundamentals course
I explain the user experience, its principles and its design process.
I teach different design principles which combine to create a user experience when using a product or service.
I explain and teach how to sell a ux design project and convince stakeholders

I create ux deliverables mainly for User Research such as : personas , User Flow , Experience Maps, Use Cases, survey etc.... 
I conduct studies on users and incorporate the insights in design decisions in desktop and mobile projects.
I Analyze and synthesize qualitative data to distill meaningful findings including in design process
I conduction UX refonte, increasing fidelity and attachment to the brand .
I collaborate closely with Ui Design team in creation of userflow and sitemap using flowmapp
I talk with stakeholders to learn business requirements and expectation

I conduct studies on users and incorporate the insights in design decisions in desktop , mobile and services projects .
I analyse and synthesize qualitative data to distill meaningful findings that the UI and the Tech team can use and include in its design process.
