About Nupur
Engineering Lead at The LEGO Group
I am a Senior Engineering Manager at the LEGO Group. I have worked in the software industry for over a decade, and started my career as a graduate engineer. Over the years, I worked my way up to be a Tech Lead before switching paths to be in a people leadership role.
I love to help people grow, and I am especially passionate about mentoring mid-career women in engineering roles to improve their communication skills, gain confidence and help them progress in their careers.
