I am Strategist, Researcher and Service Designer who has spent over a decade working in UX and Design. I am passionate about design solving an organization's problems and facilitating growth - whether its through service design methods, customer research or UI design. Over time I have learned that the primary role of UX in an organization is to be the voice of the customer, to continuously advocate for the user and bringing others along in the organization.
