Hi, I'm Khairah and I have over 13 years of experience as a marketing leader, entrepreneur, and community advocate. Through the span of my career, I have led regional growth initiatives across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa — from managing a USD150M product portfolio at Sony Electronics, to serving as Marketing Director at Popsical where I helped grow the brand to Series A. I co-founded Independents and Independents.AI to connect brands with top creative talent, and most recently launched Dikari.Asia to expand economic opportunities for underserved communities. Beyond business, I serve on the PPIS Board of Governance, lead community programmes empowering women and caregivers, and speak regularly on marketing, entrepreneurship, and women's leadership.
