This includes overseeing B2B core groups, Incubation products, B2C, UX Research, UX Writing, Demand Generation, Brand & Marketing design. I have expanded the organizational design team to a group of 42  experts, supported by 6 design directors

Leadership: Setting design strategy & KPI's and defining design R&R.

Team building: Mentoring designers and design managers for greater ownership and impact.

Talent acquisition: Defining the hiring process, job descriptions, exercises, career paths, and onboarding.

Infrastructure: Defining workflows for the design team, creating UX knowledge base, setting the design system protocols pushing for integration with Storybook and collaborating with product managers and R&D, building repositories and playbooks, running design enablements to different parts of the organization and improving consistency and velocity across all company products.

Taking ownership on the entire product design team acorss the organization, including B2B, B2C and Demand Generation. managing 2 design mangers and building a cross company guild of designers.

Started as hands-on Head of B2B Product Design, leading a team of 2 designers. setting the design work standards, building the interfaces and mutual projects with product management and R&D.

As the team lead for 5 product designers at a B2G company, my primary focus was addressing parking challenges in major cities. Spark aimed at launching a service to alleviate parking issues in Austin, Texas, USA. This required close collaboration with the Austin municipality and police teams as part of my responsibilities.

The studio offered services to various range of tech organizations, including digital brand development, MVP definition, UX and UI design, and design strategy.
As a key component of my role, I have collborated with 2 business owners and oversaw a team of 6 UX/UI designers and 2 front-end developers.
Over the course of the studio's operations, we successfully completed 56 projects, 23 were dedicated to mobile apps.

Leading Power BI design team at Microsoft Israel R&D Center at Herzliya and Haifa, managing a team of 6 product designers and working closely with product leadership teams at Redmond USA.

The team was responsible for the design of iOS and Android mobile & tablet apps, web and desktop apps.

The studio offered services to various range of tech organizations, including digital brand development, MVP definition, UX and UI design, and design strategy. As a key component of my role, I oversaw a team of 6 UX/UI designers and 2 front-end developers.
