Currently, I am Marketing Communication Services Team Lead at Wargaming, overseeing the implementation of CRM automation and QA projects. In addition to this role, since 2019, I have been serving as a Community & Stores Manager at Unfrozen. In this role, I manage communication channels, oversee all Steam-related activities, and provide technical support for the games Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era and Iratus: Lord of the Dead.
Furthermore, I oversaw the technical aspects of the game's distribution across platforms, including Steam, EGS, Microsoft Store, and GOG, ensuring smooth integration and compliance. My tenure in the HeroCraft PC publishing team significantly improved my proficiency in this domain. Presently, I am aiding multiple projects in their Steam release endeavours.
