Leading user experience strategy, user research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing for desktop and mobile (web & native) B2B and B2C products and services for over a dozen clients across multiple industries.

I worked on creating startups from scratch. Developed 1 CRM system, 5 corporate websites and 2 iOS apps.

Implemented websites and print materials for over 30 clients. Enhanced company to silver partner at Asia-Paciﬁc Conference (APK) in Hong Kong 2016 by working on promo campaigns.

• Designed a unique magazine for a client with 100+ products for sale. Leaded press projects.

Visualized 10 company products in a 3D environment and created 5 email letters for marketers.

Successfully won 6 design contests on 99designs, providing high-quality design solutions to clients while maintaining strict client confidentiality under NDA agreements.
