Hi, I’m Olia 👋

Senior / Lead Product & UI/UX Designer with 9+ years in gamedev.

I’ve worked on live games, R&D products, and 0→1 experiences, mostly focusing on UX strategy, scalable design systems, monetization, LiveOps, and player-centered interface design.

I care about building interfaces that are not only beautiful, but also intuitive, measurable, and impactful for product metrics.

I also have teaching and leadership experience. I created and taught a Product Design course at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) for 6 cohorts, mentored designers, and led a team of UI/UX designers in gamedev.
