Responsible for a number of high-impact front-office and post-trade applications at Citadel. I split my time between PM and Design.

Capsule is rebuilding the pharmacy industry from the inside out with an emotionally resonant experience, and technology that enables customized outcomes for doctors, hospitals, insurers, and manufacturers.

Banter is a social app for college campus inclusiveness. In fall 2019, we launched a PoC iOS app in two universities with over 100 students signed up. After the trial, we decided to sunset the app and focus on a different product.

Led a team of 4 designers (1 UX designer, 1 visual design, and 1 design researcher) to craft the digital experience for a new AI-powered data analytics platform. Built everything from the ground up including interaction pattern, design system, and story-oriented dashboard design process.

Design a set of new generation analytics tools for payers and providers in healthcare industry. Specialize in designing product experience supported by cognitive technology and creating, as well as maintaining patterns that can evolve over time to accommodate advanced analytics capabilities. 
Featured Project:
Project 1 - As the design lead for this project, I have helped develop a concept of a patient engagement tool that uses a predictive model to automate targeted patient outreach. The product concept is developed to improve the overall preventative care quality through characterizing population cohorts and integrating EMR and claim data.

Create digital products for American Express, State Farm and Atlanta Falcon. My main responsibility is to create user-centric products with a sleek interface that address users' main pain points. Help clients understand IBM Design Thinking methodology and how it can guide the product development process to ensure the success of the product.
Featured Project:
AMEX - Created a payment portal with industry-leading consumer experience as a key part of American Express's digital transition initiative. Responsible for creating style guides and interaction models that has then become a foundation for the entire portal and the future offerings.

Assisted exterior designers in sketching, idea generation, 2D/3D rendering and modeling.
Designed a series of concept graphics for 2025 MG head/rear lamp.

SK studio is a design agency that helps clients design advertising proposals that target at college students. We also provide full services for campaigns and other promotional activities. 
I am responsible for producing and designing materials, as well as managing the entire operation.
