Hi, I grew up in Mojokerto, a small Tier-3 city in Indonesia.

My journey to the top tiers of Consulting and Tech was built on one mantra: “It is hard, but not impossible.” I am deeply passionate about helping people rewrite their own trajectories.

My Experience:

Tech (Apple & Salesforce): I design regional partnership strategies at Apple and Salesforce to drive sustainable growth and affordability across South Asia.

Hyper-growth (Shopee): I built the influencer commerce division from the ground up, scaling it to become a primary driver of platform traffic and GMV while leading a large-scale regional organization of 150 people.

Consulting (McKinsey & Company): I specialized in solving complex analytical problems and designing high-level regional strategies for enterprises.
