About Olivier Cottin
Associate, Design director at Careem
Problem-solving is at the heart of who I am and what I do. I love the challenges of connecting the dots together about things that do not seem to have any logic or commonalities.
17 years of commercial experience for Consumer and Enterprise facing products/services. Responsive/Adaptive Web Services, Native Mobile Apps E-commerce, Utilities and B2B SaaS platforms
I have the ability and skills to envision the bigger picture, imagine the bigger potential of what we call "small ideas / projects" and accelerate its development to bring it to life.
Understanding Business first, simplifying its complexities through Design to articulate the desired intent and draw a clear path and directions to explore solutions that solve real human problems.
I design products/services by putting user needs first at the core of what we do and to inform, shape business strategy supported by insights and customer feedback. I manage experiences around the Customer lifecycle through cross-functional collaboration around the customer life stages and its lifetime with a brand.
