About Oluwakayode Mike-Onafowora
Senior Product Designer at Toptal
Hi, I'm Kayode Onafowora; a Senior Product Designer.
Over the last six years, I've been responsible for measurable growth in a variety of product design and strategy roles and platforms. In my role as Lead Designer for a B2B startup, I recently assisted in the improvement of key company metrics in the following areas:
Improved usability and additional key functionality resulted in a 20% reduction in lead response time.
Assisting the team in transitioning to a more user-centric strategy while proving the positive business impact
My expertise in design has given me the ability to create appealing and sophisticated User Interfaces that keep users glued to any web or mobile product.
In addition, I've led design teams and collaborated effectively with product and development teams, as well as many stakeholders, including the founders or CEO.
I'm enthusiastic about Design Education, and I love assisting early-career designers in realizing their full potential and planning for a long and fruitful career in technology.
