About Omar ElSafwany
Senior Software Engineer at BRKZ
Hello! I’m a Senior Software Engineer with over a decade of experience, primarily focused on backend development. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with startups and scaleups, exploring a variety of technologies and architectures that drive innovative solutions.
I have done informal mentoring throughout during my career in terms of onboarding new joiners, getting them up to speed with the existing systems and process to contribute asap.
I would be mainly looking to mentor people in a more formal manner by understanding their pain points and how I could assist them.
