Hi, I’m Omer Berk Yuksel, a Staff Product Designer and Team Lead with 8+ years of experience across banking, real estate, e-commerce, and digital services.
Currently at Commencis, I work on large-scale banking products, leading and supporting designers across multiple squads, aligning with product, engineering, QA, and design system teams, and helping establish scalable ways of working.
Previously, I worked with companies including Property Finder and Vodafone, as well as projects for brands such as Mastercard, Turkish Airlines, Fiat, and leading financial institutions. My experience spans product strategy, UX/UI, design systems, DesignOps, research, facilitation, and cross-functional product development. I’m also exploring how AI can improve design workflows, from research and benchmarking to prototyping, documentation, and design-to-code.
As a mentor, I can help with portfolio storytelling, complex enterprise products, stakeholder communication, design systems & DesignOps, AI-assisted workflows, and building a more strategic product design mindset.
